RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

AssurePak has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on stock products ensuring your complete satisfaction. You can return your stock product for any reason within 30 days of delivery and obtain a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived. We will arrange pick-up of the product at no cost to you. Please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee policy applies to our stock products only. All cleareance or close out products do not fall under our normal policy. Clearance and close our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the description of the item did not accurately state the condition/defects of the product. All returns/exchanges of custom orders are subject to inspection and prior approval to make a determination if the product is eligible for a refund or credit.
