Shipping & Returns

 

  • Shipping (Pick up) & Delivery within the Continental USA

    We ship on pallet/skids orders via Common Carrier LTL/FTL (less than truckload/full truckload freight), smaller orders generallly less than 150 lbs ship via UPS/Fedex Ground or USPS. For full ocean container orders (20' or 40'), we manage the entire shipping process (origin drayage, ocean freight and local drayage) right to your door.

    Most common delivery/pick up options (within the continental USA):

    1. Commercial Delivery ("Commercial Delivery") - LTL/FTL Common Carrier (ie UPS Freight, Central Transport, R&L Carriers)
    2. Curbside Residential Delivery ("Residential With Liftgate") - LTL Common Carrier (ie UPS Freight, Central Transport, R&L Carriers)
    3. Smaller orders less than 150 lbs - UPS Ground or USPS (Post Office)
    4. Pick up at Assure Pak's Warehouse ("Customer Pickup") - Please call or email to arrange a pick up date and time. Our normal preferred pick up day and times are Monday - Friday from 2:30pm to 4:30pm EST. If you would like to arrange a pick up outside our normal pick up hours, please email or call us 24 hours in advance so we can have your order ready earlier. If you are arranging freight with your common carrier (LTL or FTL), please email a copy of the Bill of Lading 24 hours in advance of the pick up date to sales@assurepak.com

    If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, when available, especially for common carrier LTL shipments, please follow the procedures below:

    Notate the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
    Keep a copy of the delivery receipt
    Contact us within 72 hours
    Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
    If possible, take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

    We provide great attention to packaging for each order we ship. Unfortunately damage may occur occasionally during transit and we need to file a claim with the delivery company/carrier for these damages. Therefore, it is very important to notate all damages on the delivery receipt. If you do not notate any damages on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any reimbursement for damages. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without noting any damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment in good condition.

    Shipping & Delivery to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii

    We can ship to most destinaions in Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Please call or email us for a quote on freight and transit times. 

    Shipping & Delivery to Canada

    We routinely ship orders to Canada via LTL/FTL and full ocean containers. We do maintain a GST number in Canada and can deliver any order seamlessly to your door. Please note that all orders to Canada must be called in so we can provide accurate informaiton on duties, taxes, GST and customs clearance fees. Orders shipped via common carrier require a broker to clear the import of your items into Canada. You may choose to utilize your carrier and cusotms broker if you prefer. Please call for HTS codes to determine duty rates.  
     

    Shipping & Delivery to International Destinations (other than Canada)

    We can ship any order to your freight forwarder/consolidator within the USA for further forwarding to your final international destination. We can also ship full containers to your port from our home port of New York. To reduce freight cost, we may also recommend shipping full containers from our international factories directly to your port. Please call or email for further details on the procedure to ship internationally. 
     
  • Returns & Exchanges 

    AssurePak has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on stock products ensuring your complete satisfaction. You can return your stock product for any reason within 30 days of delivery and obtain a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived. We will arrange pick-up of the product at no cost to you. Please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

    The 30-Day Money Back Gurantee policy applies to our stock products only. All cleareance or close out products do not fall under our normal policy. Clearance and close our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the description of the item did not accurately state the condition/defects of the product. All returns/exchanges of custom orders are subject to inspection and prior approval to make a determination if the product is eligable for a refund or credit.
