  • SALES TAX

    Sales tax will be charged only to those orders being shipped to New Jersey. If you are shipping outside of these states you will not be charged sales tax. If you are tax-exempt and shipping to NJ, please e-mail a copy of your tax exempt form to sales@assurepak.com and we will update your account status so your orders will be tax exempt.

    AVAILABILITY

    On oaccasion, we may temporarily run out of stock of an item due to high demand. If this does occur, we will send you an out-of-stock e-mail within 24 business hours. If you have a time sensitive order, please respond to the e-mail or call us immediately and our team will work with you for an alternative solution. If you prefer, feel free to contact a Customer Care Specialist to check stock on the items you’re purchasing before your order is placed to ensure availability.

    PRICES AND SPECS

    All prices quoted for custom, LTL or Ocean containers are valid for 10 calendar days from the date of the quote. Due to the volatility of raw material (resin prices), our quotes have a firm validity date. All products subject to a +/- 4% tolerance in specs due to variances in the manufacturing processes.

    CUSTOM ORDER LEAD TIMES

    Normal production time is six to eight weeks on repeat orders and eight to ten weeks on new orders from the date of proof of art. Stock and hold option also available upon request. Please call for details. Due to possible seasonal pressures, these dates may vary. All orders requiring absolute dated completion of orders must be indicated on the order. Absolute dated completions must be discussed with Assure Pak prior to any commitment is made. Non absolute dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates. Merchandise manufactured must be accepted whether these date are maintained or not.     UNDER/OVER RUNS
     
    All custom orders are subject to an over run or under run of +/- 5% to 20% depending on order size. All invoices will rendered for actual total quantity shipped.
     
    FILM AND INK COLOR VARIANCES
     
    Color may vary slightly order to order due to variation of our supplies.

    ARTWOR REQUIREMENTS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
     
    Artwork may be submitted by: email, CD ROM, Paper Copy or FTP. Artwork should be clean, crisp, 300 dpi or higher. Photocopies, faxes and business cards are not camera ready and may require artist services for additional touch up, stats, and trapping. Enlargements and reduction also entail a fee.

    We are currently able to accept art on the following programs:

    Adobe Photoshop
    Adobe Pagemaker
    Adobe Ilustrator
    Adobe PDF
    Corel Draw

    If other than the software mentioned above, save with EPS preview on disk. Outside service may be necessary and cost estimate will be provided.

    Please note that we have an experienced in-house art staff, well trained in the complete preparation of artwork to meet the specifications of our machinery and printing processes. We are happy to assist you in art preparation, or help answer any question you may have regarding the same. Please call us for further assistance.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    Existing Customers - Terms for payment for invoices are net 30 days from the date of invoice.
    Amounts not paid within payment terms will be service charged 1.5% per month.
    Customer will pay for collection cost including reasonable attorney fees in the event of delinquency in payment of account.
    All payments will first be applied to any outstanding service charged invoices, if any, and the balance applied to the oldest outstanding merchandise invoices.
    New customers are requested to submit a 30% to 50% deposit with orders

    FORCE MAJEURE

    A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
